“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just wondering.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Conditioning is king, power lifting is second.

I'd say I'm a combination of most of those... I love olympic lifting, powerlifting is fun too.

I have a very tough time gaining weight while still staying lean, but I'd say I'm still into bodybuilding.

Conditioning is something I need to work on. ... I hate cardio!

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Bodybuilding.

The only powerlift I do is squatting.
Bodybuilding makes it sound like I spend my time doing curls and kickbacks, but in the main it's still compounds, presses, DB rows, etc.

Conditioning & powerlifts. Gotta do both for MMA amateurs, as I get closer to the fights, weightlifting is more endurance focused.

Power lifting all the way. Well, I throw in a little bit of bodybuilding exercises but that's to supplement and power the big 3's.

I'd rather be the scrawny guy lifting massive weights than the scrawny guy super setting curls and kickbacks. ;)
