Small steps, OP, start hitting on chicks youre not really interested in. Sounds strange but you have to start at the bottom of the ladder. I lost my virginity to a chick who was far more interested in me than I in her. That gave me enough confidence to start moving up the ladder.

Its like you realize you need a car but you refuse to drive anything but Porsches. Gotta start with a Honda or two my friend. Nobody likes to hear it but it's true.
