Ok, so I've been talking to this girl pretty often. We wanted to meet up so we met at a restaurant. I brought a friend and she brought a friend too. I have no problem talking to girls, so that's not where the problem lies. She was really flirty with me, I could tell she was interested. The problem is, she is just coming out of a breakup and I made the mistake of kissing her. All I did was kiss her and then we left.
Ever since that night, she seems a lot more distant. I don't regret kissing her, I even warned her before I did it because I know the situation she is in and I didn't want to piss her off by just going for it. The thing is, she let me do it but now she continuously tells me that she "needs more time" and she is always "busy". She also complains and says it would be "weird" dating me since I'm going to college and she will still be in high school. Usually, I would tell her that if that's her choice, so be it, but I find it hard to just move on from this one. Any input or advice? Go ahead and criticize me on all I did wrong too. I like it
