Hi all,

Im a 19y/o, student, whos been body-building now for just over a year.
Obviously, I'm over-weight; else why else would I make this thread!

I let my last bulk definitely get the best of me, and well, my weight sky-rocketed.

My current stats:
Height - 5'10
Weight - 85kg, about 187 pounds for you Americans.

I'm no newbie to this sort of things, this isn't my first cut by any means, and I do have a solid understanding of nutrition and preserving muscle while losing fat. However I thought it'd be good to post here, regularly, to keep my ass inline.

I'm (estimating purely) maybe 20-24% bf currently, and aiming within the next few months to carve that down to 12 hopefully by end of November.

Here are my current pics, no pump or anything:

No offense, but you don't have much to carve. If you get down to 12% with your current pics you are just going to look skinny. Bulking and cutting don't exist unless you are taking steroids.

None taken; what would you suggest then? Because I still really need to lose b/f anyways.
