She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
If you're being sarcastic........stop and think about what you just said. Do you think one exception makes it a myth? come on, you know there's an exception to every rule.Originally posted by MetalFortress
My weightlifting coach is about 5'8 or 5'9. His wife is the same height. Their oldest son, Casey Burgener, is 6'1 and a world class olympic weightlifter who has been training since age 5.
Yeah, weightlifting stunts growth.
Exactly. While it may not be common, it is still could happen if you push yourself just a little bit too hard. It may just be coincidence, but most of the REALLY strong guys in my highschool who started lifting big weight in middleschool were like 5'8" and below. Doctors are cautious about having you lift huge weight when you're still growing, and they're not stupid for cautioning you either.Originally posted by DJ_in_making

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
It's been scientifically proven that weightlifting doesn't stunt growth. Do you want to try to argue against scientific fact? Didn't think so. In fact, the extra growth hormone caused by weightlifting should push growth to INCREASED levels, as was shown with my coach's son.Originally posted by DJ_in_making
