I do absolutely no cardio. I hate cardio. I just lift weights after work, but I don't take breaks (kind of like circuit training, but not as intense). I'll do 3 different exercises in a round-robbin sort of manner. Example: 1st bench, 1st pull down, 1st military press, and then back around to 2nd bench, 2nd pull down, 2nd military press, and so on and so forth...
I also eat clean. I have 1 day a week that I cheat and have a pie or whatever. I'm eating 6 meals a day now (7 if you count after workout shake).
1st meal
Gold Standard Whey Isolate shake and yogurt
2nd meal
3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, portion on cottage cheese, 2 whole peaches.
3rd
Tuna or Chicken salad sandwich, beans, and carrots or greens.
4th
6 Star Whey Protien Shake (50g of protein).
5th
1 Chicken breast and portion of carb
After workout

6th
Chicken or meat and vegetable
