Anybody know any good exercises for improving quickness and vertical leap (besides the obvious leg exercises like squats, leg press, extensions, calf raises, curls)? My gym has some nice freestyle pulley type weights that allow for a lot of range of motion and I was thinking some exercises on those might be good since they really work the stabilizer muscles. I'm not too sure where to begin.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Anyone say Plyometrics? :)

yep that's th eonly way. If you do gym, do only fairly heavy weights with a jerk movement...slow movement will build muscle but not the explosive strenth u r looking for. In fact it would make you even slower.

Plyo still the way to go
