haven't posted for a while~ but I still lurk around these boards, they are really great.

Anyway, I wrote up a bit of a lifestyle plan to get myself back into the rythym of life.

I've never been really good at establishing good habits and sticking to them, but hopefully I can make this plan work for me:

Monday
7:00 am Wake up, Drink 1 Litre water/black coffee, take supps (multivitamin, acai berry)
Weight Training 40 mins + Running 20 mins
8:00 am Breakfast Millet w/ walnuts, pepitas and goji berries + protein shake (50 % egg white + 50% GEMMA pea protein w/ rice milk)
9:00am – 1:00 pm Work, drink 1 Litre water/green tea
1:00 pm Lunch Chicken, Avocado, Lettuce, Rocket, Hard boiled egg, Tuna, Grated carrot salad
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm Work, drink 1 Litre water/green tea
6:00 pm Dinner Beef and Broccoli stir fry w/ capsicum
7:30 pm Play mixed Netball
9:00 pm Do Book-keeping, plan for the following day
9:30 Take supps (fish oil, tryptophan, he shou wu)
Facial Dermarolling and apply Copper Peptide serum
10:30 pm Bedtime

Tuesday
7:00 am Wake up, Drink 1 Litre water/black coffee, take supps (multivitamin, acai berry)
Yoga 15 mins + Meditation 15 mins + Qi Gong 15 mins + Self-reiki 15 mins
8:00 am Breakfast Millet w/ walnuts, pepitas and goji berries + protein shake (egg/pea)
9:00 am ~ do 4 hours work, drink 1 Litre water/green tea
Lunch 1:00 pm Chicken, Avocado, Lettuce, Rocket, Hard boiled egg, Tuna, Grated carrot salad
1:30pm – 5:30 pm Work, drink 1 Litre water/green tea
Dinner: Steak + Steamed vegetables
6:30 pm Kung Fu class 1 hour
9:00 pm Do Book-keeping, plan for next day
9:30 pm Take supps (fish oil, tryptophan, he shou wu), Facial Brushing and apply Lacsal serum
10:30 pm Bed time

Wednesday
7:00 am Wake up, Drink 1 Litre water/black coffee, take supps (multivitamin, acai berry)
Weight training 40 mins + Running 20 mins
8:00 am Breakfast Millet w/ walnuts, pepitas and goji berries + protein shake (egg/pea)
Go to my Office
9:00 am Work 4 hours, drink 1 litre water/green tea
1:00 pm Lunch Chicken, Avocado, Lettuce, Rocket, Hard boiled egg, Tuna, Grated carrot salad
1:30 pm 5:30 pm Work 4 hours, drink 1 L water/green tea
6:00 pm Dinner Beef and Broccoli stir fry w/ capsicum
7:30 pm Informal physical Recreational activity eg. Indoor Rock Climbing
9:00 pm Do Book-keeping, plan for then following day
9:30 pm Take supps (fish oil, tryptophan, he shou wu)
Facial Dermarolling and apply copper peptide serum
10:30 pm Bed time

Thursday
7:00 am Wake up, Drink 1 Litre water/black coffee, take supps (multivitamin, acai berry)

Sounds very good, but don't you socialize? or a little time for yourself?

It looks very efficient and fun but also a little routine-ish...

Yeah I can socialise on the weekend ^^
Ideally my strategey will be to invite new girls out for action dates on wednesday nights and friday nights~ maybe go bowling or something on friday nights, and because I don't have work the next day, we could hit the bars after that and see what happens ;)

But I think I do need structure and routine in my life right now. I've been a free spirit for too long, and to achieve my goals, I will need to apply effort in a more planned, persistent way I should probably suppose.

how much do you weigh?
