Years of too much sitting (slouching) and little activity have left my back weak. Looking in the mirror, my spine also seems slightly curved, like an old mans.

What are some good exercises to correct this?

Peace

Deadlifts. Focus on keeping the shoulders back & down during the whole lift.
Bent-over barbell rows. Focus on retracting the shoulders blades, trying to touch them.
Check your posture: when sitting, walking around,... chest forward, shoulders back & down.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Try doing some push ups, and do stretches everyday. They really help your posture, pilates is a great idea as well, although, it is slightly more time consuming.

Do your Rowing movements at least twice a week.
Focus on the rear Delts, and the Rhomboids. Work on Lat Pull downs too.

I do hyperextensions and alot of rear delt work to correct my posture. This will pull your shoulders back. I try to do 2 rear delt exercises for every front delt exercise.
