Have to say, made the mistake quite often of not cutting out the porn when being with a GF, bad idea. I think it really hurts the libido.

From your experience, is 20/25 minutes of cardio 3/4 times a week enough for you to be able to maintain a good performance in the sack?

I would add another one: BE PATIENT. Sometimes you just want to cut to the chase and skip alot of the foreplay, which is always a bad idea (unless SHE decides to go for it earlier)

If you're not overweight you'll be fine. Ejaculatory stamina is another beast entirely and no matter how much cardio you do you won't fix that without practice(either more sex, kegels, anti depressants like celexa, aromatase inhibitors like aromasin).

I rarely do cardio and my lifts aren't that impressive since I don't really eat that much but when I took celexa or aromasin I could last night all.

Muscle fatigue isn't really a thing with sex, depending on the position you mostly hinge at a joint with very minimal contractile force in the muscle fibers. At least, one that isn't under any kind of significant load. You should be able to naturally last a lot longer in bed in a cardiovascular sense than if you actually went and cycled or ran. When girls say "he only lasted 5 minutes" it's cause he couldn't control his load :D.

Idk, just my opinion and experience. I hate cardio but don't have an issue in the sack.

The problem is the vast majority of guys over 30 have low testosterone levels due to all the environmental xenoestrogens floating around that wreak havoc on the male endocrine system. Hell, more and more guys in their 20s are having issues...men really ARE becoming more feminine and it's through no fault of their own.

The amount of testosterone a male needs to feel "beastly" is far greater than a woman needs...towards the top of the normal range, 700+...most guys are hanging out in the 300-400 level...not gonna get it done

It's impossible to completely avoid them, they are everywhere. You can only minimize them as much as possible...

1) Dont heat food in plastic containers, the heat is what causes the release of their estrogenic components.

2) Avoid anything with BPA in it(BPA is in plastics)

3) Eat organic. Or better yet, local organic. Pesticides are a huge contributor to xenoestrogens. Especially do not drink any form of non organic, non grass Fed milk or eat non organic beef. This is a huge contributor as they are pumped full of hormones and are very sick animals, due to being fed a diet that is not in line with what they should be eating. In fact products from grass Fed cows and grain Fed cows should be classified as a totally different food items---they are THAT different in every way nutrionally.

4) Look into Progesterone, it acts as a secondary male sex hormone which acts to supercharge testosterone and antogonizes estrogen.

5) Lift weights...it will increase your testosterone levels and help burn fat.

6) Stay away from processed foods...contain a wide array of crap that causes numerous issues hormonally.

7) Lose weight...fat is estrogenic itself and creates a negative feedback loop in the body where the more fat there is, the more estrogen gets produced and the lower your testosterone level drops as estrogen is the hormonal marker used bby the body to regulate sex hormone production.
