As long as you have sex, I don't see any problems that she rarely initiates contact with you.

On the contrary, it looks like the perfect scenario for me: This woman gives you sex but doesn't demand your time, attention, and energy so you can peacefully live your life without her drama.

I'd personally would kill to have a woman like this in my life.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
