“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i just wanted to know which one works better for most of us who are cutting fat. i lost 4 kilos in 2 months (from 81 kg to 77 ), but i need to lose 4 more kilos to achieve my ideal weight (my height is 1,72 meters ) without eating too much of the wrong foods.

i cut with cakes.7up,coke, most sodas (i only drink a lipton ice tea or a red bull when i need some extra energy and of course water ) i cut with fried food also, and sausages, pork meat, etc.

i eat mostly vegetables, lots of spinach, fish ( mostly grilled salmon, sardine and tuna fish, i cant find tuna in water so i eat the in oil one, but i get rid of the oil, lean meats, grilled too.

i dont eat too much fruits, mostly bananas before my workout. also cereals (muesli) with milk when i wake up.

please add here some more things i could add to my diet, frankly i dont trust those diets but maybe im being zealous.

not familiar with the details of either diet (I've known so many fad diets it gets boring to look into the workings of each) but unless I'm mistaken they're based around meats, veg, fruit and nuts with a minimum of grains and such. if so then they're great for fat burning if the quantities are correct (you'd need to eat below maintainance obviously) but not very good at all for keeping or building muscle.

however, add in some carbs around your workouts (pre and post) and maybe a recarb day 1-2 times a week and it should work fine.

again, don't expect to gain a whole lot of muscle but if weightloss is your primary goal then this sort of diet is among the best options. a pure ketogenic diet is ideal to lose weight but isn't compatible with heavy training (or any training really).

The paleo diet looks pretty good. The warrior diet is absolutely retarded. If you're going for one of the other, pick the paleo.

The warrior diet, for those unfamiliar, revolves around eating minimally during the day, and eating one massive meal at night. There's no scientific reason why it should work, and it would be impossible to bulk on, not to mention shut down the metabolism.

Cutting out sugar and refined carbs accounts for much of both diet's benefits.
so just a fancy way of saying 'eating clean' then?
