"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Hello everyone,

I read a similar technique to this one in a book & I found that it's really helped me out so i thought you guys might be interested as well.

Basically, it's this:

When you are walking anywhere or just standing around, here is something you can try to give body perfect equilibrium & that all important 'confident' look.

Imagine that there is some string attached to the top of your head, near the back (a bit like a puppet).
Now imagine that this invisible string is going up into the sky. Imagine that something is pulling on this string, to the point where it's almost lifting you off of the ground.

If you genuinely imagine that this is happening then a few things should happen to your posture.
Your back should straighten out, your head will be slightly raised, your shoulders should move back & your chest will be sticking out.

THIS is the perfect posture. It exudes confidence. I never realised how much i was slouching when i walked until i started doing this trick.

Seriously, if your posture could be better & you are trying to appear more confident & approachable then given it a go.

When you're finished on your computer tonight, the next time you are about to walk through a door, stop, imagine the string is pulling from the top of your head & you'll see a major difference.

Anyway, this has really helped me out so i hope it can do the same for you guys.
Bye!

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

My instructor deliberately walked like a sailor, and slowly, so as to not show what he was. :) But in the dojo, he moved like a tiger prowling a cage. I've been told that I "walk like John Wayne". i tell them "you have it backwards, the Duke walked like ME". :) Marion (john's real name) STUDIED how dangerous/successful men walk, and copied that style.
