Hey, it felt fukked up to talk to yourself in the mirror. It is much easier to just go out and do it. Maybe it is just that with me? I don't know. I supercharged my body language anyway so it was good.
If you want to train your tonality then using a tape recorder is a better choice. I even tested to record the words and then train the body language as I played the recordings. Works if you want to train just one part of the thing.

argh! this is horrificly hard!
like ill try to think like a woman, so i can see how to act more seductivly, and while in my "chick" state of mind, ill sit there and let myself get into a trance, adn then like i end up just standing here until i snap out of it, and then i lose the seductive personality, and then try to gte it back and its like a continuing cycle!!

also ill like start laffing, cuz ill sit there and then this thought come into my head like "what are u doing? tryin to b like james bond? hahahah"
and then ill burst out laffing lol
a fun experience altogether tho.
