Sounds like gaylan's wet dream turned reality. White hetero male taxpayers finally being sent to re-education camps for crimethink. To be fair though fagbook is probably not the best place to walk off the cathedral reservation. As much as I detest PC leftist intolerance, in this case mixed thinking. They are called "GIs" for a reason, and whereas this does not specifically counteract their rights, their rights are definitely not the same as average citizens' while they are in service. If this took place after he had left the military, of course it's a violation. Would have to do more research to know whether the govt is within its rights here.

An ex of mine is now a high-ranking Army officer. She always said that the Constitution did not apply to service members, because they signed away those rights. Now that anyone can be dubbed an 'enemy combatant' and stuck in Guantanemo indefinitely without a trial, I would think that statement is even more true.
