I read that it is better to eat them whole instead of putting them into a juicer.

I don't think it really matters. Nutrional value is still there whether it is in solid or liquid form. And besides, its easier to drink than to eat. :up:

Now if you cook them, then it loses some nutrition.

You won't get any fibre if you juice them and unless you use a low rpm juicer (expensive) you will also kill off most of the antioxidants.

Yeah, but as nutrients are leeched out, bioavailability often increases in the remaining nutrients.. and some methods of cooking (steaming) are less damaging than others. There's more details here and in many other similar studies if anyone is into this stuff.
