“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I read that it is better to eat them whole instead of putting them into a juicer.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I don't think it really matters. Nutrional value is still there whether it is in solid or liquid form. And besides, its easier to drink than to eat.

Now if you cook them, then it loses some nutrition.

You won't get any fibre if you juice them and unless you use a low rpm juicer (expensive) you will also kill off most of the antioxidants.

Yeah, but as nutrients are leeched out, bioavailability often increases in the remaining nutrients.. and some methods of cooking (steaming) are less damaging than others. There's more details here and in many other similar studies if anyone is into this stuff.
