Valentines Day: Question for those spinning plates

I'll admit, I've never spun multiple plates as once, but there's a chance that I may be very soon. As I was doing some grocery shopping and saw all the Valentines decoration it hit me. If you are spinning plates, how do you handle Valentines? Any girl you're seeing is going to want to go out the night of Valentines Day. I can't imagine saying, "Uhhh, I don't feel like going out for Valentines Day." How do you handle that situation where you might be dating different girls and they all want to do something on Valentines?

I'm a tom leykis listener and i avoid all of my women around valentines day and then hookup with them afterwards. im not going to get suckered into buying any woman dinner or gifts on this special "romantic' day.

You're a man and you do what you want to do. if you dont want to go out then dont! stop letting women pressure you into spending your hard earned money and time on sh1t you dont want to do.

you avoid the hell out of them around V day! Or do a lunch date and then dinner date make an excuse why you can't go to dinner with the lunch girl.

Tell them you take your mother out on V-day since your dad died or you have a family gathering, you have to work etc.

I got lucky last year I had about a two hour distance between my plates and the distance wasn't feasible on Vday cause my Jeep had just died.

I don't celebrate Vagina Day even if I'm in a LTR.

Just tell them you don't believe in a holiday that's shoved down our throats so card companies, chocolate companies, and jewelers can make money.

That's pretty much what I do, and I often add that I don't celebrate an American holiday (as I live in Australia).

Be prepared to lose a plate or two after that though. I lost one last year for that reason, although that night I took a bunch of single girls out for drinks after dance class for a group V-Day celebration and ended up with a new plate.

Just tell them you spend V-day with your mother since she is the most important woman in your life.
