Don't know if anyone has been noticing but the desperate girls have been coming out of the woodwork recently... I've already got 4 dates lined up for next week via OLD and a handful of numbers to follow up upon...

Yay, Hallmark holiday. The day where everyone feels pressured to woo another human being. Restaurant's create a special menu for the evening and jack up the prices, while all the best places book up days/weeks/months in advance. You buy a shiny and she's like "awww.. thanks" (and puts in the back of her jewelry drawer, lol.). Awesome cabin escape in the snow? Taken, lol. Honestly, I don't miss v-day with the ex, I always felt pressured to buy the perfect gift or plan the perfect evening. I don't miss the anxiety of it all.

If men were smart, we would have put an end to Valentines Day, Engagement Rings, and Fancy Weddings all centered around the female when we gave them equal rights. From a business standpoint, I like the way the diamond and jewelry industry has equated their product advertising with female love for a man. Aka by this and she loves you, get a larger one and she loves you more.
