Using the bathroom alot

Okay, if your currently eating a meal, stop reading. If not, continue please :)

Just recently (a few weeks ago) Ive started to use the bathroom alot, I used to be average and take 1-2 dumps everyday or every couple of days. Now, I take no less than 2-3 a day. There was one day (get ready!) I TOOK 5 SH*TS...! Oh yeah and theyre very soft stools too, id rather not go into details :p

Lol, sorry its a wierd problem, maybe I have IBS? I asked this on BB.com but everyone on there is a tool, sosuave ftw.

Nope, I actually stopped taking my protein powder too since I'm not working out, but I am getting my protein from daily meals.

Simon, I dont eat a certain food everyday, and I dont recall what I ate thats causing this
