"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Men are more violent and physically aggressive than women, but women are more aggressive relationally & indirectly. In interpersonal relationships, women are more likely to be the abusive ones, but they are also the more likely to be *seriously, physically assualted*.

Thus, sometimes men get confused when women are aggressive relationally or verbally, but this makes perfect sense from a research perspective because it is living validation of everything that has been discovered.

So the next time this happens, I think a man should realize that women do not mean to do this, this is an effect of socialization, it doesn't really mean anything about their characters are causing them to do this. I think awareness of this is really important, because this kind of thing is what causes a lot of men to hate on women. I am not justifying abusive actions, but rather I am saying it is something we need to learn to deal with efectively and without coming unglued and having our blood pressure go through the roof because it's not going to go away. It;s also a lot easier to deal with something like this than someone physically abusive, IMO, we should be glad it's not the other way around!

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Abusers come in different forms shapes. Many women in America (and the world) have phsyically abused their husband's , which is a crime that seldomly being reported due to stigma and shame.

Many women also have verbally abused their husband's for many years and belittle them. The last thing a man wants after coming home from work and his daily grind to face a greater form of stress at home. Is it any wonder why some choose suicide over this??

The point is that you don't deal with it, but rather eliminate it from your life. If your woman either physically or verbally abuse you, get the fvck out of the relationship.
