Just two quick questions, for anyone that can answer them...

1. Why is it better to run cardio after you're done with the lifitng weights part of the workout? Or is it the other way around?

2. When is the window for you to consume protein after the workout is over? Some people say wait an hour, others say do it immediately.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The window is as soon as you finish major physical effort causing protein breakdown. You will be on catabolism and will ingest amino acids plus glucose and water so that your body gets into anabolism.

DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE, IF YOUR AFTER JUST GENERAL FITNESS IT WON'T REALLY MATTER, IF YOUR LOOKING TO CHANGE YOUR BODY COMP THEN KEEP CARDIO ON OFF DAYS

IMMEDIATELY RIGHT AFTER YOUR FAST CARBS
