Two girls in the flat two floors below

So I'm living in a flat with a friend, and two doors below are two girls (who live with one guy). Both are pretty good looking but not so much that they seem out of your league unless you're a 6 ft male model with tattoos.

I see them at the bus stop sometimes but haven't uttered a word to either. Honestly I don't know a thing about them, not even their first names. But I reckon either could be a decent prospect. Now, having been out of the game for sometime I've somewhat reverted to AFC status so I am at a loose end of what to do. Do I just stroll up to them and say "so, you're living in the bottom floor flat?" or what? Any tips would be good!

That would be good but I just can't picture myself strolling up to them and that being the first thing I say to them.

This may come across as a "how do I talk to girls?" topic but it's honestly not, since starting University I've become a lot more confident with being the first guy to talk, but that's tended to be with girls on my course where I've had easier icebreakers such as "how you finding the work?" and "what are you gonna choose for your assesment?" etc.

There is a game that I have found very chalenging throughout my whole life.

Building neighbor game.

I found it hard because it's not social circle, because you actually don't know the chick. It's not quite day game, since it's not ramdom, because you might get to see each other on a weekly basis.

And specially, if things don't come out as planed, which might happen, some elevator trips will become extremelly awkward!

I'm not discouraging you OP. It's I personally don't have any good advice on that.

Better yet, I join the same boat as you.

If anyone has any decent advice about it, I'm open to it, there a lots of interesting girls in my building that I share good EC and smiles!

Follow sosuave666 advice otherwise just go up to them.

"How long you been here blah blah"

Don't try to impress, don't even care, and don't give out too much info about yourself either don't want her making stupid assumptions. This sounds indirect and sorta filler more safezone since your hesitant vs Sosuaves direct game which I'd prefer.
