Hi,

I've been with someone for 4years now.. We got into a fight for 2days straight and to be honest it was really my fault because I always get mad at petty things.. And usually when I get mad i always say the worst things possible to her like I curse her most of the time and suddenly she got tired and wanted to break up with me.

We broke up this past 2 days and I really can't forgive myself for doing those things. She got tired of my stupid attitude when I get mad. I'm really hurting now and I don't know what to do. I really love her so much that I'll do anything to win her back. Even sacrificing the most important things just for her to love me back.

She mentioned that the love that she is feeling right now is not the same as before that is why it's unfair for her to still continue the relationship with me. I don't what to do to be honest. I can't live without her, she is my life.
She also mentioned that only time will tell if we are really meant to be. So she broke up with me to have time to reflect and see what happened. the thing is she wouldn't let me court her again because the break-up wouldn't mean anything if I courted her.

help me please... I really want her back.. I promise to change for the betterment of the relationship..

One more fact that I can say that is why I think she is the one for me, I asked God to give her to me but I think God took her away because of the way I treated her and because I took her for granted..

Anyway, please give me some advice on how to address this problem. I'm really heartbroken and it really hurts. I haven't slept for 2 days now and lately I've been working at the office at a par level.

Thanks,

-Dan

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

The only thing you can do right now is give her space, let her reflect. If you start chasing after her, you will only push her away. Don't call her, email or text her. Wait until she contacts you.

Try to keep busy, keep her out of your skull. Yes, it will be hard as hell and it will continue to sting for a while, but it can be done. If anything, work on that little temper you have. Work on improving your self control (sounds like you need help with it).

Guys that display self-control are very sexy to women. Learn to control your emotions because it sounds like they might have cost you your girl.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

If she doesn't come back, then you dust yourself off and keep going bro. That's all you CAN do. This break-up just happened so it hurts like hell right now, give it some time bro.

Call you friends and keep busy, you need them around you now. Try to go out and enjoy yourself.

After 4 years, I'm sure she as some feelings for you, what you have to do is step back and give her time to get reacquainted with them. Your stupid temper has done a good job of killing those feelings up until now, let her get familiar with them again.

After 4 years, I'm confident that she will contact you again, she will start to miss you. She may come up with a dumb excuse like, 'i left my CDs at your house', but I'm sure she will.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Man, she must come back.. I wouldn't live without her. When is the best time to court her again? Would that be a good idea? Just to prove how much I love her..

By the way, do you think she'll come back?

Forget about her. It seems to me the focus in your life is in the wrong place. I think you need to take this time to find out who you really are and learn more about yourself.

By the way you type it sounds like you have been caged this whole time, and now you have finally been let out. You really want to go back to that? It obviously sounds like she was the one in control of the relationship.

Oh yeah, and god had nothing to do with giving you the girl or taking her away, that was YOUR own doing. I remember when I was a huge ass AFC and I would say that same crap, my how things have changed...

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
