"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey i work in a restaraunt as a dishy, and one of the chef apprentices she is pretty damn fine,im 18 she is 16... i dont see any problems..

1st girl.HB 7
ive been trying to have a crack at her,but it's hard to relate, she is one of those bubbly personalities types, and i cant seem to make her laugh, cause my humor seems to make older girls laugh, she works right next to me,and the other chefs are always around... she is the only girl in the back, but all the other guys are too old... anyone know how to get the 16 year old bubbly type? she isn't really an attention ***** either..

2nd girl HB 10,she is a waitress there.. she is 22 lol
and she talks to me way more, and is much easier to have a conversation with,i went back to her place the other night after a party.. but she just broke up with her bf so i didn't try anything... once again.. any views on how to get the older girl?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

You didn't try anything because you were scared, not because she just broke up with her boyfriend.

Any girl will give it up in such a situation if you make a move on her and you aren't ugly. You was in her place after a party for crying out loud! You should of just gone for the kill and had a casual one-time bang.

What is it you want with them?

Sounds like a task and a half!

I believe you should just be a 'guy' to them with no appologies. Being on 'friendly' terms really isn't good and rarely will you recover from being a friend.. women are like coin sorters!

You have probably already been placed in the 'too young' slot by the 22 year old - it's just how things are..... usually.. you may of been able to take advantage of her after that party just for sex but...... I think you will be wasting your efforts on her.

If I were you I would focus on the 16 year old.. it's the perfect age match in my opinion.

Very stupid.

You're not being honest with yourself. Why would you want to be friends with them? 2) You don't need help being friends with someone, did you follow some techniques in order to get your current friends?

I was in a similar situation recently. They were two friends and I didn't know who to ask out, one was hotter but I still wasn't so sure. I noticed that the one that wasn't as hot held eye contact while talking and was usually the first to answer a question or to continue conversation, that was when I automatically went for the close.

This isn't the same since one is 16, and to tell you the truth I'm kind of blind in that area. But safe bet is to ask her out and do your thing.

I'd go for the older one. Just ask her out as said in the DJ Bible.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Yeah, I'd steer clear of work girls. Even if it's not a serious career job, it could still make for an uncomfortable work situation.

I know from personal experience...

I agree!

I had to quit my job when I was 18 because I had sex with a married mom I worked with. She was like 24... She told her husband and one of my co-workers because she "felt guilty"... I basically couldn't stand the drama and got sick of watching my back as I left work. (Because if someone had sex with my wife and the mother of my child, I would beat the sh*t out of them.)

thanks for all the replies guys, you's have a great point about the work scenario if things go bad.. well the 22 yr old is out, getting with her would be too much effort..

im gonna go for the 16 year old,im slowly gaing rapport, when i get enough rapport going with her,im gonna ask for her mobile number then to texts then to hanging out,and see how i go.. im faily confident with her cause im older, feels easier..

i'll update with any progress with her,i'll keep it ongoing.. cheers guys

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
