"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So itll be my first Traffic Lights Club night this saturday night and Im wondering if any of you guys have any tips on how to make the most of this?

Here are some of my thoughts:

- Go with amber
- Maybe ask for the three colours and stick em all on me!
- Hide my colour somewhwre so Hbs will have to guess...

etc...

Thanks.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey tosh,

Basically when entering the club they ask you what colour sticker you want:

Red = Im taken, dont come near me

Amber = I may be available, try me out!

Green = Im easy! Try me now!

This should be fun!

when i used to go to these at uni, a lot of people wore all 3.

if you wear green, you look desperate, amber, you basically would be up for it if the girl is fit, which is the same as always really.... and red obviously no one is going to approach you.

I reckon your best bet might be to wear no colours, then girls may approach and ask why not?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
