Doubt it! I'm not saying I wouldn't date an old man. But I wouldn't date an old man with the maturity of a ten year old. To me it seems like the old men seeking out the younger girls. We just decide to give them the time of day if we so desire. I see alot of ads from old men seeking out women to be their Sugar Daddies. One ad I saw, this dude said he would give a chick $3000 allowance a month and dall she had to do was visit him in NYC once or twice a month. Sounds like a desperate old man to me. Cause he wasted his youth trying to play the field. Sad!

But I am sure that there are some older men out there who have a lot to offer, mature and are worth the time of day cause they no longer need to post on dating forums. Age doesn't men you are mature. There's living proof on this forum.

Just because the world is a mess doesn't mean you have to act accordingly. Sounds like somone is conforming to me. anyway, what you said has some truth. some guys are perpetual bachelors, looking only for young puzzy, will never grow up, and never get their shiat together. i have two buds from high school that are like this. each has fukked over 500 chicks. they're pretty pathetic--but would be considered "DJ's" by most on this board--and they're beginning to realize, too late, that they suck.

however, some of us here have "been there, done that" more times than you can count. while it might seem we are looking for pure sleeze, that's not the case. this dude doesn't fukk ho-bags, nor stupid chicks, nor chicks without substance. i actually have criteria.

i don't fukk on the first date, nor the second, nor the third (ok maybe).

one of the chicks i mentioned is so fed up with guys her age, she said to me point blank--I WILL NEVER AGAIN DATE A GUY MY AGE. EVER! i met her off CL (among all the trash).

i would consider her an HB9, and i give "10" to no one, and has a friggin Master's Degree. college degree is a requirement of mine.

guys hit on her and she completely ignores them. they say hi, she walks away without a word. she's brutal but funny as hell. love it. no 25 year old on planet earth has a shot at her. that would include you, drZaius09.

there are a lot of chicks, hot ones, quality ones, out there just like her. but you have to have your shiat together.

All the online dating sites have fake women profiles. There are only some actual real women. I tried different sites such as yahoo, laval life etc... I now sign on to brick & motar dating agency. They find me real flesh & blood woman instead of cyberchick.

speaking from experience, i have never found this to be the case as of yet, on pay sites. why would someone pay 20 bucks a month to put up a fake profile?

Same reason why 99% of people do business on the internet-- to sell pornography to creepy old men. But I agree with you to a point, these are more prevalent on the "adult" dating sites like AFF. You're probably not going to find too much of this sh1t on match or yahoo or anything like that.

There are tons of reasons why there are many "fake" or dead profiles:
a) websites are interested in having as many profiles as they can get, therefore then dont care to delete dead profiles.
b) some women sign up for free (most sites offer that, you can post free profile, but can't use it since to contcat anyone you have to pay)... hang out there for some time and and decided not to pay anything. If you dont include your email in yoru letter - the profile is "dead" for you. And sometimes the sites attemp to strip off your email address from your first letter.
c) Some women found a guy, but obviously didn't care to hide the profile.
d) some women post a profile purely for ego boost.

Websites just should STOP offering that free profile thing! Becaus eit appears as if they have lot of women, but maybe half of them are not really active due to the reason above.

FYI guys, those fake posts are occasionally placed by employees of the site for the sake of allowing AFCs the feeling that there is someone on the site that they may have a chance with.

AFF and Erocity are famous for doing this. i seriously doubt that match and yahoo would do such a thing. way too risky, esp. for the latter company.

al77, what you are mentioning is dead or inactive profiles. they're not "fake" per se.
