"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Girl I have been talking to was planning on having a little kickback at her place tonight but decided she would rather just go out with one of her girl friends to a bar. Invited me to come. Would you guys go in this situation?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Take a rain cheque. The other girl will only get in the way of your plans and you wont be able to properly assess her interest level with her friend there.

I'd go. Here is why. Since females are highly influenced by friends if you make a good impression on the friend it almost guarentee's a lay. Probably not that night, but the next one for sure.

But I would only go if I had nothing better to do. Last resort kind of thing.

Ya that's kinda what I was thinking. She called me a few days ago to settle an "argument" they were having so I talked to them both on speaker. The friend seemed cool from that convo but Ive never met her

Nope. Sounds like you haven't been around this girl for too long, so it's best to set up some ground work.

She had 2 options tonight:

1. Hang out with you which was the original plan.

2. Go to a bar with her friend.

She went with option 2. The invite for you doesn't mean a thing.

You're best to tell her you have other things to do and you'll hook up some other time.

You need to be priority #1 to this girl or any girl you choose to give your valuable time to.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Yeah, most guys here will advise not to go. But if you really impress the friend it can work to your advantage..

Totally agree with the friend thing. If the original plan was to hang out with her, then that's what OP should do.

In this case however, OP got pushed to the back burner.

OP now needs to lead by action, not follow by option.

Either choice is valid. If go the key is focusing on the friend to get her to talk you up to your interest afterwards. Understand that going with them both diminishes your ability to isolate the girl you are interested in. If the friend is single you'll need to play Cupid for her so you can peel off with your "target".

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

If they aren't super close friends, it could turn into a situation with the friend later down the road if it doesn't work out with this chick.

I'd go, but their attitudes would determine how long I would stay. If I was having a great time I would stay out with them. Who knows....Maybe they are into all partying together late in the night if you catch my drift.

If they are acting like school girls and I felt like a 3rd wheel, I'd tell them that "something came up and I have to take off and meet a friend" and bounce without further explanation.

I'm not saying you're wrong because what you're suggesting can work under the right circumstances, however OP will already be operating at a disadvantage if he does go since the friend is there and if he wants to escalate it will be difficult, and calling the shots on his terms will be even more difficult. On top of that, what happens if some dude walks up to the ladies and starts hitting on his chick? That is a definite lose-lose scenario there. They are going to a bar for one purpose....some other dude comes up to them and fluffs up their ego and makes them tingle, they're gonna leave with new dude and OP is left to be a chump.

No I won't go. I don't need the validation. I don't need to meet or know her friends.

I'd instead tell her to come over on her way from the bar then I'd pass out.

If she does come over, great. She can wake me up when she gets to my place.
If she doesn't show up, well, I'd see her excuse in the morning and deal with it then.

Always go for your best case scenario.

I guess it all depends on how comfortable you feel with being inquisitioned by the friend and how you will end up doing...some people do well in those situations others don't. If you feel comfortable than go for it but be ready for a lot of BS tests coming your way

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

both ideas are good, it will depend on how well you and the girl are and how you are with new people, if you are who feel its easy to chatty up new people and can have fun with people then it would be a good thing you go, but if you the kind of shy who will feel like you shouldn't have come then you don't.

but pretty much understand if you go you will need to chat with the girl and be ready to lose if she find you annoying, what Cola says can work the same way it can backfire on you, that will depend on how you del with this kind of situation, the safer choice is not to go

Bro you want to play therapist with this girl or have sex with her?

You don't go. The point is she changed the plans with you on a whim. You can't agree to that. If this was coworkers hanging out OK but if you want to have sex with her, you decline.

There wasnt a for sure plan to go to her house, she said she might have some people and I should definitely come. Guess I should have worded that better in the original post.

I wouldn't go. You not only have to work one girl but now you have to work two girls. Pu$$y isn't worth the headache.

I wouldn't go. Maybe if it was a larger group. Being third wheel with a buddy and his gf is fine but third wheel with a girl you don't know well and her girlfriend would be too hard to handle unless you are super savvy.
