I'm 5 10, 155 lbs.

Now, overall, I'd say I'm skinny. But I do have a bit of a gut.

I'm not sure if I should be cutting or bulking.

Help.

It's all about body fat, not weight. You want to be down around 10% body fat to cut. There are ways to guesstimate your body fat, the best one to do involves some calipers. Also, you obviously need the muscle to cut. If you aren't of decent size in terms of muscle then you want to bulk up.

Wow! Isn't 125lbs a lil too light for a 5"10?

I'm 5"5 and I weight 121lbs. I got some lean muscles from cardio workouts though. On my way to bulking up and about to ditch most of the cardio.
