"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

What's going on guys ? About 3 months ago I started seeing this girl and at this point i'm pretty deep. She's made it clear that we share mutual feelings and it's been going great since. We've been out on multiple dates, i've met her family and i'm sure you guys can fill in the rest. I'm a university pre-med and she goes to college, we both live in the same city but with med school around the corner for me; we can really only see each other once or twice a week. She has stressed that we can make it work and I truly believe we can. Of course with not seeing each other a lot i'm a little worried about her losing interest, if I'm not in class or studying i'm volunteering at hospitals or working. Anyways, i'm just looking for ways that I can still keep her on her feet, and keep this going even though some weeks we might not see each other until saturday or sunday. She's very understanding of the fact that I'm passionate about my future, and she knows how much school means to me. She's a great girl but as most of you know words alone can't really secure a long-term relationship. I appreciate any help, thanks guys.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You seem to be confused.

It's the excess of your attention that makes a girl lose interest, not lack of it.
The more a woman knows about her man, the less excited she feels about him.

Once or twice a week is probably perfect timing, with the only drawback being less sex per week than possible (assuming she's your only source of it). Heck, I suggest cancelling some dates with her with a "Change of plans, can't make it on weekend, see you next week" to keep the fire in her loins burning for you.
Corollary, if it is you who is worried she might be out hooking up with other men while you're not with her, then you're doing it wrong.

To put it into perspective, I have been seeing a cute girl for last 11 months, and because I've got a busy life, I see her only once or twice a week as well. So far, she only occasionally whines because of this arrangement, because she'd like to see me more often. Although she is great (not needy, cooks, cleans, great in bed, and actually can hold a conversation with me every so often), I simply really enjoy solitude and "doing-my-thing". Plus, I'm free to hit on other girls for five days a week.

So, a tip for you is keep doing what you are doing, and whatever happens, do not move in with her. Focus on the med-school, on YOUR achievements and how to become a better man, and women will follow.

Could always invite her to your place to study. Hit the books for a few hours, drink some coffee, and get your work done. Then hit the sheets
