“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

is this the most effective diet for fat loss, in general?

and for carb cutoffs before bed, basically anything can be eaten during this time-just no carbs at all except veggies?

stuff like lots of fat wont matter?

depends, is it pre-post carbs, post only carbs, at breakfast too? many variations of the timed carb diet.

generally these are best for body recomp i.e. muscle gain+fat loss simultaneously.

for pure fat loss I would do things a bit differently (but still while maintaining strength) but a timed carb is a great way to get going.

well i was rereading some of your old posts wba, and i always thought you advocated bulk/cut cycles. guess i was wrong. i wanted to gain muscle, but i didnt want the instability of looks during bulk/cut cycles so i read again and noticed your posts. :)
my goal is to gain strength (very least maintain) while cutting fat. what do you suggest with this? id say im 16-17% bf with a good lifting program going on.
for sure i will carb post wo. prewo, and mornings, im not sure?

what, me advocate bulk/cut cycles... :nono:

start with just pwo carbs (and a carb day) and see how you go. you can always add in later if you find performance degrading - but make sure you're getting in plenty of fats as well before adding more carbs.

I think most people can get by on really low carb diets but they're not for everyone. you must try it and see.

also, do not neglect your cardio.

peanutr/almond butter ok as midnight snack?
Even though it's fat and not carbs, It's still energy. When you sleep and metabolism slows down, the energty isn't really needed. Just stored. Depending on your metabolism ofcource. If you have an easy time gaining weight, drop the carbs and fats at night.

we don't want the metabolism slow at night, we need it to run hot..

pb/ab is fine as long as it's accounted for in the diet, i.e. don't eat a jar in the middle of the night and expect to lose significant weight..
