"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This site phvcked me up

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Not cynical enough. You reach a point where you don't even give a fvck anymore and it's fantastic. I feel so good and so positive.

You kind of go full circle. Hard to explain.

The red pill will drive you nuts until you reach enlightenment. It's not an easy road either.

As for OP, it happens. I've had to take many breaks from this site and PUA in general. To be honest, that's where I learned most of my lessons. I made mistakes, but I learned from them. The PUA community offers a lot of advice, but don't take everything too seriously. Do what feels comfortable, and if you fail, realize what you did wrong and try a few things out until you get it right. Not all of us men are the same, and not all woman are the same. There really are no defined rules. The only one rule I'd say is definite is be a man. That means not taking any sh!t, and doing what you want. And yes, by doing what you want sometimes means breaking the rules. Don't let this site drive you nuts. The information can be overwhelming at times, but we're all learning. I'm not Buddhist or metaphysical at all, but I like the analogy. We're all working to reach the same place, but we all have different roads to get there. Find and develop your own style, it only happens through trial and error. Not trying to add any more pressure on you, but it's a must. Don't think so much, even if it means making a few mistakes and breaking some rules. It's a lot better to think about "what did I do wrong?" then it is to think about "why didn't I even make a move?". Feel me?
