i had to share this with everyone, it just burns me up. it doesn't effect me one bit...well yeah it does, but i'll get to that in a sec. this girl i know, acctually we dated for about 3 months back in the day before i came to learn she was bat sh!t crazy and a hoe. anyways, this wh0re couldn't have this guy she liked, so the rumor is she got pregnant by him on purpose. i don't know if that's true or not, but i wouldn't put it past her. so she has the kid, and the guy denies that it's his yada yada yada. i can't blame him really, i wouldn't want to be stuck with this girl the rest of my life either. this girl use to be pretty dog gone hot, but now is a disgusting whale to put it gently. i honestly think she weighs 280 from the hoof. her belly hangs out of her shirt and her feet are so fat, they barely fit in her shoes. i get a little sick just by looking at her now. shes that fat! well today she dna came back and the dude is the father. her comment? "i finally got his ass. payday for me!". not one care about the kid, just worried about her monthly check she'll be getting for the next 18 years. oh and btw, this mother of the year only works one day a week as a waitress.lol she is about as good a mom as i am. my dog could do a better job raising this child i think. it constantly cries no matter what, always something wrong with the child. it stays sicks i think. i just couldn't beleive the comment she made to someone i know who told me. i wonder how many other single moms are out their having kids just to get a pay check? and they wonder why decent single guys don't want to waste their time with them....

How worse are you with statistics? Don't you know exceptions don't invalidate a rule? I remember, back when I was deep into AA, there was a woman there that I really looked up to and I still do. Anyway she had made some mistakes in the past, had 3 kids but all of them were grown now and out the house. anyway, there was this chick who used to hang out with me all the time.. nothing was there at least from my end but we hung out she was my buddy.
She was what...3 years older than me, and was going to school to be an archaeologist, she had a kid and was a single mother, dad was a meth using loser... the older woman who i looked up to had been nudding me to try to develop "more of a friendship" (i.e date) this chick and while we never went on dates..we did go out to eat quite a few times after meetings and ****. anyway, i remember her telling me how you can't use "normal society standards to judge someone".. I had caused quite an uproar when I told them pretty bluntly that i would never consider dating a single mother even if I were single which I wasn't. why? Seriously why?
Truth be told, she had a bangin ass body, true thoroughbred in that department and she was a natural red head and becuase all the guys for the most part in the whole AA click wanted to get in her pants they would agree with it all, even pamper to her kid, tell her that hey it's okay that you are almost 30 with a kid and you will try to put that off on everyone else.
I remember one day we went out to eat after a meeting and she really was dancing around the issue of why "certain men she likes don't like her back".. i wanted to say babe do you really not know the answer?

The problem is going to be the kids. I'm pretty traditional on family matters and think nobody should have kids outside of marriage. I'm willing to grudgingly accept it if it's a case of a couple that is not married, but the father is still there and taking care of the kid. I at least accept it more than AWOL fathers.

There's a multitude of reasons why a women become single mothers. Some of them are manipulative bytches who will work the system in their favor. Others will have a failed relationship / marriage, some will have just 'gone with the flow' and let the man take the lead - even if he had no clue he was taking the lead. There are a few who've had their kids' fathers die.
You can't judge a single mother solely based on the fact that her kid(s) have no father. If you're going to date single mothers, use discretion.
