A father who cares about the person his son turns out to be. A father who doesn't want his son's mind polluted by the decaying society we currently live in. A father who is probably disappointed that more of today's youth can name the most recent Justin Bieber song than can name the first 10 amendments to the Constitution.

What that father wants and what the kid wants to do are 2 different things. My father didn't want me smoking and drinking. Do you think that stopped me from not doing it? People are independent enough to do what want not what their parents believe they should do.

It's as a punishment. The kid is a f@ggot if he wears those jeans. Not saying it needs to be 40 sizes too big, but not tight. That is gay, and it doesn't even feel comfortable.

Everyone has their own opinions though so hey, whatever.

(The Constitution was a bad example though. This nation is a democracy of hypocracy. The people who wrote it said "All men are created equal" while they are whipping their slaves and providing them with poor conditions.)

Wow at times have changed. I still remember the time I told my Dad I wasn't going to take a bath at about that same age... and that's the last thing I remember for awhile. He was right, I was wrong.

Now it's some "abusive" human rights violation to give a son some crap for two minutes...while he laughs... and put it on facebook. Thank goodness I don't have kids or I would almost surely be in jail right now in gynoworld. What delicate little special snowflakes we have created.

Cruel parenting? This is more like "tough love" to me. Kids misbehave mainly because their parents don't step up to put them in their place.
