"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Hearing about my replacement having a heart attack been on my mind in this last week. Why you ask? because I knew this guy before he started dating my ex who's a BPD, this man was a vibrant young man he was always the life of the party. He was the guy that would make you laugh, if you were having a bad day he could cheer you up.

He started dating the BPD he started to change he wasn't the cheery person he used to be, I watched his health decline along with his co-workers change he turned miserable he wasn't the same person. I'm I surprised he had a heart attack? no, I don't want to see the guy dead, it is her doing it to him.

Her and I had a big blow out she wasn't happy in her life she took it out on me as I've mentioned before I kicked her to the curb I didn't want to stay friends with her. I seen how angry a BPD can be it was the ugliest vicious side of her I've ever seen. I ended up in deep trouble with my employer I had to leave my supervisor job.

I think to myself if I stayed with her would I suffer the same fate? I didn't let her get away with the BS like her current BF. You know she acted different with me she gave up on her manipulating when she seen it didn't have an affect on me. She was calm with me most of the time she did cause some drama but most of the time she was calm.

Today I'm stress free I'm working in a previous career making decent money, I've recovered from the damages job burn out does to you. The BPD has painted me black I never hear from her if I ever do it will be NC. She was my first mentally ill woman she will be my last, she was way too much work to be in a relationship with.

Karma has come to haunt her, where she works nobody trusts her, I had a lot of employees at that corporation knew me and respected me she messed with the wrong person.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

With situations like this, the old term
Man Eater comes to my mind…
The final results will vary depending on each mans inner core strength that she interacts with.…
You are right to feel grateful for dodging that bullet.

It bothers me how a toxic woman gloats she ruins men as I said she gloated she destroyed her last BF I bet she's gloating with glee she's almost killed her current BF. She really doesn't care about him its only what she can get out of him. I know it p*sses her off to no end that I bounced back better than ever she thought I would be ruined after losing my supervisor job and my health would take me out. It never happened I'm healthy like a 30 year old guy I look like I'm in my 30s life is good. She's claimed to attempt suicide couple times before she met me I guess I never stressed her out enough for her to try it again.... damn. Her little path of destruction continues and she's completely oblivious to it LOL

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
