Analyzing her doesn't really matter. What matters is you know she is not compatible with you on a mental level, you know that you both do not share the same vision of a good relationship, and you know you were not happy.
It's a waste of time to dwell on all the possibilities. Use the experience to set your standards even higher, and get out there and keep looking.
