They want to make you feel like you are bad

I have problems in my LTR and I noticed interesting patterns in her behaviors.

She is trying so hard to make me feel like it's all my fault and that I'm horrible person. She doesn't admit anything that she has done. She just tells, how she is always been good for me and how bad I am.

They are so f*cking good at manipulating you. Honestly, sometimes I lose myself and really think how bad I am and how much harm I do to her.
I am not perfect of course, but she is trying to make me feel like I am sh*t.

May be she is trying to get more power, may be she is preparing to dump me, I don't know.
But I really don't give a f*ck. I believed that she is worth anything more, but no. Now my focus is on other women and just use her for sex as much I can.

Dont argue with her, have a smile on your face the entire time, make it quick and easy. I am not big on cheating in a relationship. If you mind is already seriously wondering while in a LTR, do yourself a favor and cut it off.

Within a minute of her walking out the door, I would change the locks and then go shower and get myself ready for a night on the town to get my mind game back in sync on chicks.

This is happening to my friend. She guilt trips him any chance she gets. He even tells me he is beginning to doubt himself and that maybe he is at fault. To me, if this happens to that point the relationship needs to end. Just seems miserable and will never recover.

Good! You've dodged a bullet with that one. Always listen to your gut, it will steer you out of the bs that they always have. It would have been a long road if you didn't eject when you did man.
I didn't when I was in a similar situation and now paying the price. It's only now 4\5 months on I have a little confidence in my self again and started talking to people again. It will tear you apart and you gotta rebuild yourself back up!
