Nice volume on the rows... I'm sure you've heard about Kroc rows? They'll really help out your deadlift!
Keep it up!
Keep it up!
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Thanks, and it was actually 2 scoops craze, 1 scoop jack3d....craze is a very weird pre workout, it doesn't bring on a violent fvck-sh1t-up kind of energy like jack3d, it's more of a nootropic, it brings some seriously strange focus (still has a bit of caffeine in it, not a whole lot though). Example: You walk into the weightroom. You know exactly what lifts you will do, and you do them. Even with heavy ass weight..you just look at it, and say, "I'm gonna lift that." And then you do, like there was never any shred of doubt in your mind. Really is a mood elevator, which is good, because sports/lifting/running is mostly mental, you can do more than you think you can.Purefilth said:Hahaha good lad. Only reason I did extra pushups was to hit 200. But then I lost count of how many I had left and went to failurelol that's a looooooot of fvckin pushups
Looks like jack3d seriously amped you up there. Well done.
Yeah man it was insane!Krueg said:Good work Stig, I know what you mean doing dips right after benching, major pump!
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Purefilth said:Being well hydrated helps prevent soreness, as does creatine (if its in the craze)- the creatine helps the muscle hold water, so its well lubricated and less likely to damage.
I already take ON Micronized creatine
just my thoughts
Incidentally - i'm gonna hurt lik hell tomorrowit's a satisfying feeling
Thanks filth, and haha funny how sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad if one is not hurting the day after a hard workoutPurefilth said:Lookin good man - Incidentally, I didnt hurt today - not even on creatine.![]()
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Pshhhhh I already did that when I hit 385, and 405x5 on trap bar :crackup:Purefilth said:Had to go and one up me on 375 now didn't you !![]()
Fukkit - in a couple of months, ill stop hypertrophy and go full on - strength training. and then, my friend ill find a gym with decent equipment and lift the whole fvcking place!TheStig said:Pshhhhh I already did that when I hit 385, and 405x5 on trap bar
I'll hold you to that lolPurefilth said:Fukkit - in a couple of months, ill stop hypertrophy and go full on - strength training. and then, my friend ill find a gym with decent equipment and lift the whole fvcking place!![]()
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
