"I rubbed one out thinking about you today."
You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Damn, there is this girl that always calls me cute, I'm so going to use this on her the next time she says itHaley said:I had just met this one girl in the hall who was friend of another chick I knew, and after a few minutes of conversation, she said:
"You're such a cutie."
I took it almost as an insult and said with a sexy grin on my face...
"Hey, I'm more than that, trust me." *wink*
She just kind of melted all over me after that.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I don't get it either... were you calling her a shemale?TheCraziestJ said:While at the bowling alley last Thursday:
HB7: (to some guy she’s bowling with in the lane next to mine) Hey! Let go of my ball!
TheCraziestJ: Amazing! I Think it, you say it!
(she doesn’t seem to get the humor)
TheCraziestJ: Don’t worry, you’ll understand it a little later.
that was classic AFC, not smooth newbie...ThatGuyOverThere said:Girl: You always seem so happy when I see you!
Me: Maybe it's because whenever you are around I can't help but be happy.
Girl: Wow, that was smooth...
Me:![]()

(we were at work, and she was trying to get me to take a shift for her)
Her: want to take a shift for me?
Me: nah, cant.
Her: c'mon, you know you love me
Me: ... *looked up her body slowly, then right in her eyes* parts of you.
Her: :O! *slaps me on the chest playfully*
Me: *smirk*
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I think that one all depends on your delivery....it's easy to make that one sound bad lol.moosebutter said:I've got a few, but this one has got to be my favorite. This is just after we both moved into the same apartment complex.
Me: Hi Jenny
Her: I've forgotten your name
Me: Oh, that's ok. It's Mike. I have a hard time remembering girls' names after I've met them, especially if they're attractive. I was lucky with your name.
Her: (Looks embarrassed) (She makes an attempt to say my name, but forgets again)
Me: Oh, I must be attractive. It's Mike.
Her friend is sitting next to her and purposefully calls me by the wrong name just before we part ways. She forgot my name again. It was classic.![]()
Umm....how exactly is that cliche?Purple-Haze said:This may be cliche...but it definitely caught my attention.
He and I were joking and I was engaging in a little bit of flirty verbal sparring. I said something (alluding to his inability to woo me...anyway this wasn't explicit but was the gist of the jokey "tehe" flirting).
Anyway, he responded with, "baby, I ain't no one-trick pony." It was the way he said it, the pause before he said it, and that sexy laugh after he said it.
*SWOOOOON*
Well the phrase "one trick pony" is cliche b/c I've heard that line before (in various contexts).ARrocket said:Umm....how exactly is that cliche?
I think this reiterates how important it is that no matter what you say, you have to say it with confidence and with power.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
