“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

How about the rucksack?

I made a makeshift rucksack with 40 pounds of weights put into a durable camping backpack with straps and back support. It’s a straight up walking workout.

My schedule is really busy that’s why I was just doing sprints. With just a few minutes of quick sprints it gets the cardio pumping and mouth watering. Drinking that water that forms in the mouth is a serious key to keeping healthy.

Sometimes I also do jump roping and have a few different techniques for that. It’s a great workout that gets the mouth watery and cardiovascular pumping.
Don't use a rucksack for long periods of time unless you want serious back issues. Get a weighted vest, well worth the investment.

Rucksacks do not distribute weight properly like a weighted vest does and it leads to injury. There is a reason many more people in the military are injured due to carrying equipment around every year than are injured in combat.

I have a 60lb adjustable one and a 30lb joggers one that I use for varying purposes.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Is that so common in your routine?
There is no set routine.
Sometimes he can go with me, sometimes he's busy. Sometimes I'm away on business somewhere else, sometimes he is away for his stuff. Relax man. Seriously.

If you wake up super early to go on a long walk (I’m talking like up at 3am and walking from 5-8am) you will not need as much sleep. As demonstrated, I am waking up at 3am, doing a set of pushups first thing out of bed and then getting dressed and cleaned up for a 5am departure of walking around town.

Seriously think I’m on to something. I don’t get tired anymore and I need a lot less sleep. Of course I’m sort of excited about my life in general as well. That helps too. I mean if your life sucks you’re going to sleep a lot and certainly not taking 3 hour walks before the break of dawn.

But I carry a book and a backpack. No phone. And then do a pitstop for peppermint tea somewhere followed by 7am mass and after that I’m walking an hour home. By the time I’m home the rest of the town is just waking up but I feel invigorated.

Everyday between 5:30 and 6 AM is when I get up (work or not). Most of the days I go to a park not far from where I live and I stretch, exercise etc for an hour. By the end I am usually couple of thousand steps in. This helps clear my mind. According to phone I average over 14k per day, this includes walk in the evening after eating usually and all the activity in between.

Just feels good to move. Hate being still too much but at work I do at desk.

I vouch for weighted vest. I’ve been using it this year, increased the weight gradually from 3% of BW to now 15%. I’ve become visibly leaner and stronger. To the point where strangers are complimenting me.

Get a weighted vest. I walk 2 miles, twice a week with the vest on, in my barefoot shoes. The rest of my walking is unweighted. It works. And is easy on the joints.

I just walked yesterday last night, to the farthest basketball court away from my house, watched a few kids play basketball for a few minutes then knocked out a few sets of push ups. Got a bunch of stares after that lol

I've grown so tired of lifting weights, it's a chore and it doesn't make me feel good. Other than HIIT, I think walking/hiking is by far the best form of exercise for mood/cognition.
You can try calisthenics. Pull ups, chin ups, dips, weighted push ups, pike push ups. You will still gain lean muscle if you are on calorie surplus. Heavy weights make me slow and it’s easy to fry your CNS if you overtrain.

I walked 5 miles with 20 pounds on the dirt trail yesterday.
It wasn’t too heavy. Stride was good.
I was fasting hadn’t ate breakfast. Just drank a liter of water with electrolytes. Felt great. Best way to do cardio in my opinion. Washed down a whey protein shake and couple medjool dates in the car after the walk.
I’m headed out now for a light 3.5 mile run on the trail without the vest. I rather just put the vest on when walking and not for running.
