“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I am in a situation where i have to apologize for something i did, even though I would rather not, i have very little say in the matter, my question is how to do you apologize without accepting any fault or taking the blame..ie the non-apology apology.

to be honest, i am really not up in the mood to be preached to about how you should only apologize when u truly feel sorry for your actions and all that bs.. all i want is a way to say i am sorry without saying i am sorry

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Man up and accept your faults. Don't try to weasel your way out of there.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Whenever I make a mistake i'll say something like "I didn't mean to do that" or "I thought it was a mistake doing this." then i'll explain why "dam i had like 15 beers that day I was totally out of it. I have to be more careful next time". I would only apologize directly if I did something very serious to a person and they really deserved it. "Dude your wife blew me last night, I'm so sorry!" <run away>

some girl wanted to fight me and i told her i'd let her hit me 10 times and i would hit her once. I saw the fear in her but she tried to hide it.

She later came over and apologized for trying to fight me, i said "I'm sorry for making you feel the way that you feel." that was the end of it. Basically i wasn't sorry for what i said, i was sorry for scaring the sh1t out of her.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

yea i think some of these would work. the story here is that i had an argument with a co worker and i said some nasty things though i totally think she deserves it. the only reason i feel like i have to apologise is because i have to work alongside her and i cant pretend she doesn't exist for the rest of my life. any other scenario and I would not give fvck either way

You have your answer. "She deserves it."

Don't step down if you're in the right. You're co-workers and now things will be weird? Tough s*** for her. Then she shouldn't have been such a b**** in the first place.

Unless she doesn't actually deserve it, and you're really in the wrong. If that's the case, then apologize and mean it.
