Today at around 2 AM I have decided that I will stop masturbating and watching porn. I have actually decided this many times LOL, but I had gotten to a little over 4 weeks a couple times. The last time I had gotten to 4 weeks, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this site. This was in the beginning of the 4 weeks and I was beginning to work on my confidence throughout those 4 weeks. Mind you I had looked at porn within those 4 weeks without splurging, but one time I couldnt hold back. =/ So that was the end of that. The problem was, after that I felt no motivation. I had gone back to my shy, low confidence self. I don't know why it was directly intertwined with my masturbating but who knows. I just felt better when I didn't, probably because I felt that I had more self control. And also I was getting horny but trying to control myself so that was another motivation to hook up with girls. So basically I want to stop masturbating as to have motivation to improve my confidence and DJ skills, because granted I did want to improve even when I was masturbating, but I felt no motivation. The reason I type this is that I feel that if I make it a concrete goal, that it will be achieved more easily.

Basically I want to improve my DJ skills and I for some reason whenever I masturbate, I lose all motivation to do anything about it. So from here on out, I'm not going to masturbate and I will finally be relieved by some hot girl.

You could also do like I used to do:
Masturbate every sunday. It makes your sexual rhythm a bit more suitable with the rest of the world. I think I'm going back to that pattern, should be fairly interesting.
