The Lion King & Titanic

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

"The Lion King" was a pretty good movie. I don't like movies, but I saw it on a NW/KLM flight. I was trying to fall asleep but couldn't (I pee a lot on long flights). So, I tried to watch "Dude, Where's My Car?". Lasted five minutes with that movie. I switched to "The Lion King". Took me about three hours to watch it, but it wasn't so bad.

I find cartoon characters easier to stomach than real people these days.

It is one of my favorite movies of all-time.

Real movies suck pretty damn bad anymore. Napoleon Dynamite anyone?

I love The Lion King too. It came out when I was very young. It had a big hype back then. The movie has the coming-of-age theme written all over it. It's actually very relevant to this site in a way.
