"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Need some help, I have no problem picking up
girls, getting numbers, as long as I am face to face. But when it comes to calling them for the
first time, I'm completely cool and calm when I
go to dial the phone, but as the phone rings I feel
a weird anxiety attack coming on, by the time
they answer, my heartrate is pounding to the
point of where I feel sick, I don't understand why,
I feel no need to impress these girls, and quite frankly I could give a sh*t about them, what can I do to stay calm when making the first call? Any tips or tricks would be most appreciated.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Just pretend she's in front of you and have fun. If you can go up to her, shoot the ****, and get her number, you should be able to call her.

...and try to keep it as short as possible.

One of the way I usually end the conversation when I get a girl's number is to teach her how to greet me when I call.

me: "so, when I call you, you are going to pick up and say 'OH MY GOD! I cant believe you rang!!!!' and act really exited!"

she might say she wont do that, or feel shy about it. but thats not important.

When you do ring her, she will either say it, or if she doesn't, you can say "hey! didn't we practice how you were going to greet me???"

That will have her giggling, and hopefully it will relax you as well because you will be picking up the conversation at the hight point that you left it!

good luck!

Fash, that's great. I love it. I think I heard Lance Mason say that once too. Good advice.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

no dude dont write anything down. that is even more unnatural. just calm down when you call. understand that they are people too. shes probably just as nervous as you. pretend that your better than her. boost your confidence. thats all you need to do.
