It would help if the population ages were known. Is it recently married or anyone married? If it is the latter, than that would include the elder generation, which of course would goose up the lower end of the scale.

How many (girls YOU honestly rated) HB9 women have you had say "I love you"?
Anyhow, those are 3 of the greatest lovers I ever had, and now that I think about it, those are the 3 girls I had the most sex with (about 100 times each - I really hope American Beauty was correct about the last second of our life lasting forever, and us having a ability to replay what actually happened).
