"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Started a new class two weeks ago on Tuesday.

Met a girl. Flirted with her during the downtime. We exchanged numbers. She texted me first just to BS. I called a few days later to ask her out. She seemed excited (called me "sweetie" on the phone) but was having a medical procedure done so she was going to be home for the next few days and she couldn't go out.

Tonight in class she was on crutches. I neg'd her a little and then said that I was going to get some coffee on campus and that she should come. She said that her leg hurt and that she needed to get home but thanks for asking.

That's normally my two strikes, but I figured maybe this is special circumstance.

So I just text her a few days later and found out she has a BF.

I'm thinking of nexting (bc of boyfriend) but I will have to see her for the next 12 weeks in this class.

1. Should I straight out ignore this chick or just talk if she initiates?

2. Why the F would she wait that long to tell me she has a serious BF? If I had a serious GF I wouldn't even give my number out, let alone talk to some strange chick on the phone - and if she asked me out on the phone I would tell her THEN. Not the THIRD TIME I asked her.

MY UPDATE: Yes I agree with all below - two rejections plus BF = next!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Honestly if I were you I'd keep her as a friend. I don't understand why people on this website are so all about "nexting" a girl because she's not interested in a relationship. Girls have lots of girl friends who you can meet! Having friends who are girls is so beneficial for meeting women you actually DO have a shot with. Unless you genuinely dislike something about her I don't see why not keep her as a friend. As long as you can recognize that nothing is going to happen between you two, I feel like remaining friends can only be a good thing.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Most guys only have true friendships with girls they have f u cked.
