“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Dating can be stressful. We help each other out when we need help or a different perspective of looking at things. Sometimes we just have to step back from it all and recharge. Physical exertion in martial arts, hitting the weights hard in the gym, running are some of the best ways to cope with stress and have fun. That's why alone time is so important so that we can feel refreshed to face another day.

This thread is for us to reflect on what helps us recharge and feel happy when we're not consumed with the opposite sex. ;)

Here are a few things that relax me:

zen gardens

waterfalls

mountain & lake views

chilling in a hammock (hope to get a man's best friend someday too)

crackle sound of a campfire and staring into the blaze

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I find sports very relaxing. Whether it be hitting the weights or throwing a football around.

I am going to download the app headspace and see what meditation does for me! I've tried it before but listened to the same meditation's & got bored!

Cool stuff. I like the zen garden. Never tried it but I've always meant to.

I like walking in a Labyrinth too.

I have been able to unlock some of the more hidden creative and intelligent (very hidden) parts of my mind when doing so.

@playa99 - Awesome man. You'll like headspace. My other two favorite meditation apps are "Calm" (subscription based unfortunately) and "Meditation Studio" (free). With headspace, I did that take 10 for 10 days and learned a lot about my thoughts and how to recognize them and clear the mechanism so I can be free from distraction.

@FairShake - Have you heard of Escape Rooms? The girl I've been seeing for two months took me on a surprise date to this venue where you enter a room and have to search for clues within the room to get to the next room and to the finish line in a hour. You have to have teamwork and the ability to problem solve in tandem. You get a walkie talkie and are are allowed to ask the gamemaster for two clues during those 60 minutes. Check Groupon to see if they offer it in your city.

The more consistently you meditate the more easy it is to eliminate/tune out distractive thoughts (boredom). Over time it gets easier and easier to quiet your mind. Repetition.

Set small tangible goals to accomplish everyday in regards to meditation. For example, set aside only FIVE minutes a day to meditate and do it everyday for a week, add two minutes every week.
