Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I think the art of dealing with rejections whether it be from women, a career or people in a holistic manner is very important. For one it helps you bounce back quickly, move on and start taking more productive actions to bounce back. It could be as easy as having a God centered meditation session right after you arrive back home from a long tiring day or making a conscious effort to go the gym, then listen to some spiritual music and then calling up a friend to vent after you've gone through something you did not like emotionally. I think it's more or less capturing that community vibe and surrounding yourself with likeminded people who means well and encourage you and having a list of people you can talk to, to clear the cobwebs in your head every month or so.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

How long does it take to do that? Isn’t it just faster to move on and forget about it 5 seconds after the rejection happens?

You get some mental toughness and you just move on. Why are people so mentally fragile these days? It's honestly kind of pathetic.

I mean people really need to "deal with it"? As of it send them into a mental tailspin?

Holy cow...no wonder why Gen Z is lost.

OP isn't a member of Gen Z. OP is an earlier Millennial.

Both the Gen Y/Millennial generation and the Generation Z generation are 2 lost generations.

Gen Z seems to be worse off than Millennials were at a similar age 12-15 years ago.

No such thing as universally attractive brother. Not every single woman will like you, even if you are "on point". If you understand and maintain this perspective, rejection (when it happens) is no big deal. If is happening ALL THE TIME (as in you have no successes / positive interactions with the opposite sex) this is a bad sign and means a transformation is in order. Will be different for each person - easiest way to attract attention is working out (if you don't) and/or wardrobe change - this is part of overall presentation. Attractiveness score will go UP and you wil be lady killer ;) Problem is then you start getting unwanted attention from like highs school girls & gays LOL

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

If you're going to go home and meditate after every failed cold approach, it will take forever to reach your milestone goals.
