What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Cut basically means very little to no fat, regardless of muscle mass. "Ripped" is what I consider someone with bulk who's also cut.Espi said:It's not possible to "get cut." Muscle doesn't form out of thin air. You have to develop (bulk) the muscle first. Cuts come from diet.
So many generalizations here I don't even know where to begin.Babnik said:Cut means lose body fat to a point of a 6 pack. Everyone has a 6 pack regardless of how little muscle you have. You can be cut and have little muscle and you will have a lot of definition. Don't teach a bodybuilder how to bodybuild!
When you bulk, unless you have really good genetics you are going to GAIN FAT because you are required to eat more than usual and its damn hard (even with a perfect) diet to make sure ALL excess calories will go into muscle and not fat.
This is however for those who are already working out.
When you JUST start working out - you will lose body fat and gain muscle. After a few months that will STOP and you have to either bulk - gain mostly muscle and some fat or cut - lose mostly fat and some muscle.
Women prefer definition to being bulky.

1) Although the tissue connections are there for a 6 pack, unless you train your abs in some way it can still look flat even at a disgustingly low bf percentage. You still have to work your abs like any other muscle group in your body - with progressive resistance. Why do you think some girls have muscle definition and others don't, even though both can be extremely skinny?
2) "When you first start working out you will lose bodyfat and gain muscle" what a load of crap. Changes in muscle mass and bodyfat percentage have absolutely nothing to do with how long you've been training. Yes you can gain a lot of muscle when you first begin training and these are known as "noob gains", but you won't magically put on muscle and lose fat at the same time for a few months, then completely change gears.
3) "Women prefer definition to being bulky". This is a loaded statement. That's like comparing a 5'10" 150lb kid with a 6 pack to a 5'10" 200lb bodybuilder pre-cut cycle. Which do you think she'll prefer, the scrawny lad or the muscle man? Besides, women have much more prerequisites than men in the first place (our only real prerequisite is physical attraction).
I took you seriously up until this line. Why do you think medditaranean people live longer and are healthier on average than Americans or Brits?Espi said:Misconception...
It's called evolution, and there's nothing you can do to change it. Plastic surgery and responsible steroid use are the keys to a longer and healthier life.
