"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Okay so me and my gf are on the phone and she tells me that she's going to the cinema on monday with her friend craig. Now i dont know the guy because its one of her friends im normally laid back and She tells me all the details of what shes going to see etc and i just said "cool, so anyways"

so would you say this is a test to see if i get jealous?
Reason i think this is because of the way she mentioned it just out of no were, either way i aint worried.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

To be honest if my gf ever went out somewhere with a man to the movies or ANYWHERE, i would dump dump her azz. I couldn't even handle her talking to a man on the phone i almost kicked his azz the next day but she stopped me.

DJsparky,

Personally, I'm not sure that I agree with the term, test. I don't think she has made a concious decision to 'test' you.

From my experience though, you did handle this 'test' well.

You won't often get the results of your test, but occasionally you will.

For example, with a girl that I'm seeing now, we're sitting talking about all sorts of things. I can't remember the conversation so well, but she mentioned that I don't get jealous - read: I'm secure.

It was the results of much 'testing'. But as its not a concious decision, your girl, and my girl alike will not initially realise, "hey, this guy is really secure." its only after passing many tests like these that it will suddenly click in their head.

Well played. Keep it up. Don't fret about Craig. He'll probably pay for her movie, and pop corn, she'll receive some emotional fulfillment and some receiving of goods (movies/pop corn) fulfillment which all girls have. At no cost to you.

Exellent.

Keep playing how your playing and make sure this girl is worth your time.

Best of luck.

Yeah, I'd say it was a test. If you'd acted flustered and were blatantly bothered then you would have 'failed' and looked insecure (which we all know is definitely not attractive).

Remember that you're the great catch, so you could have any woman you want. Therefore why would it matter if she takes a friend - albeit a male one - to the cinema. You won't be worried because if the worst were to happen (and it won't) then you could quite easily find yourself another girl.
Dead on. Good input.
